The Pearl Harbor Submarine Spouses Charity Association (PHSSCA) is a sister organization of PHSOSA and designated as a 501(c)(3) public charity located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  PHSSCA’s goal is to raise funds through an annual auction and allocate funds to charities that support the submarine, military, and/or local community.  PHSSCA is comprised solely of volunteers.

 

Eligible members are spouses of all active duty, retired, or deceased submarine officers and chiefs, spouses of officers and chiefs who are now or have been in the past associated with the submarine force, spouses of government service employees (GS-7 and above) who are associated with the submarine force.
